Anas is a Specialist Biomedical Scientist working in the haematology and blood transfusion laboratories at Guy's and St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust and also at University College London Hospital NHS Trust. Anas did his undergraduate at St. George's University of London, subsequently a masters at King's College London after gaining hisspecialist qualifications In Haematology and Hospital Transfusion Science at Guy's and St. Thomas'. Anas has a keen interest in peripheral blood film morphology and wanted to pass that onto others beginning their training. He also has a keen interest in technology and iscurrently looking into ways in which it can be used to deliver education and improve processes within departments to ensure better timely outcomes for his patients.
